Warranty policy

We at ModaLane are dedicated to making clothes that are of the highest quality.  This Warranty Policy tells you what we will do if a product is broken.

 1. What the warranty covers

 ModaLane promises that all of its products will be free of defects when they are delivered.

 This warranty only covers problems with the materials or the work.  It doesn't cover damage from using it wrong, normal wear and tear, accidents, or not taking care of it properly.

 2. Time of Warranty

 The warranty is good for 90 days after you buy it.

 3. How to Use a Warranty

 Please email us at contact@ModaLane.store with your order number and a description of the problem.

 If you can, send pictures of the broken item.

 Our team will look over your claim and tell you how to send the item back.

 4. Solutions

 If a product is found to be defective while still under warranty, ModaLane will do one of the following:

 Fix the item, or

 Change the item, or

 Give the full refund back to the original payment method.
