1. How do I find out where my order is?

 You will get an email with a tracking number after your order ships.  You can use it to check on the status of your package's delivery.

 2. How do you want to be paid?

 We take PayPal and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

 3. Is it possible to send something back?

 Yes!  You can send back most things within 90 days of buying them.  Items must be in their original packaging, not worn, and have tags on them.  Please read our Return & Refund Policy for full instructions.

 4. How long does it take to get your money back?

 Refunds are made to the same payment method within 7 days of receiving and checking your returned item.

 5. Is shipping really free?

 Yes!  All orders shipped within the United States get free standard shipping.

 6. How long does it take to get there?

 Depending on where you live, standard delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days.

 7. Is it possible to change or cancel my order?

 8. Do you send things to other countries?

 Right now, we only ship inside the United States.  In the future, we might offer more international shipping.
